Maurizio

I was born in Venice, grew up in Trentino-Alto Adige and moved to Lake Como in the late 90s.
I started to take a special interest in the world of cooking when nobody knew what talk shows were yet. I followed my instincts and decided to take this path.

After leaving school, I immediately found employment, first working in small companies in order to understand all the dynamics, and then later, in increasingly high-level companies that spanned various regions of Italy and abroad, whilst working alongside various professionals.

Alongside my jobs, I also completed a long line of specialisation courses, in order to fully prepare myself for what was to come.
